Yes. You can add as many locations as you need under a single business account. Each location gets its own profile page, services, hours, and staff — all manageable from one dashboard.
What kind of web pages does my shop get?
Your shop gets a branded profile page on barber.shop with your business info, services, photos, and reviews. Each location and each barber gets their own page too. All pages are optimized for search engines — so when someone searches 'barber shop near me,' your shop has a real chance of showing up.
What's the activity audit log?
Every change in your business — appointment edits, schedule modifications, client updates — is logged with who made the change and when. This prevents disputes and keeps your team accountable.
What is the console application?
The console application is a web application designed for your front desk. It shows today's appointments, allows you to check clients in and out, take payments, and manage the schedule in real time. It's a powerful tool for running your shop smoothly — and it's included for free with every account.
How does the console application take payments?
The console application integrates to connect with your CardPointe card terminal. When a client checks in, you can click 'Take Payment' to charge their card on file or process a new payment through the terminal. It's designed to be fast and seamless for your front desk operations.

What do I get when I sign up?
Your location gets an SEO-optimized web presence on barber.shop — a public profile page with your services, hours, photos, reviews, and a booking button. Each of your locations gets its own page, and each barber gets their own profile. These pages are designed to rank in search engines, so new customers can find your shop organically.
How do I get started?
Sign up at barber.shop, create your business, add your locations and services, invite your barbers to link their profiles, and you're live. The whole setup takes about 15 minutes.
What if I'm switching from another platform?
Set up your shop on barber.shop, share your new booking link with clients, and you're running. Your new SEO-optimized pages start building search visibility immediately. Once the merchant account is activated, you're taking payments online and in the console application running at your front desk.
Payments
What payment processing is supported?
barber.shop integrates with CardPointe for in-shop card terminals (tap, insert, swipe, PIN debit) and online card-on-file payments. You get your own merchant account for each location you have — not a sub-merchant account controlled by us.
Can I sell products or memberships online?
Yes. barber.shop supports ecommerce through your shop profile — memberships with recurring billing, deposit collection at booking, and card-on-file for regular clients. All payments process through your own merchant account.

Is barber.shop really free?
There are two options. You can set up a 'free' account, but you get a random number instead of a handle - so, instead of getting 'barber.shop/mygreatshop' your shop location will get 'barber.shop/123242321'. You can still set up a merchant account and use it, but handles come at a premium. This is for two reasons - it prevents abuse, and it assures an intent for serious use. We highly encourage business owners to try and secure their existing Instagram handle for consistency.
How many barbers can I add?
Unlimited. There's no per-barber or per-provider fee. Every barber who links to your shop gets their own SEO-optimized profile page, booking link, and client management tools.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. There's no contract, no lock-in, and no cancellation fees. Use barber.shop for as long as it works for you.
Team
How do barbers link to my shop?
Barbers 'link' their profile to your shop location. When they do, they appear on your shop's page and can accept bookings through your shop — but they also keep their own profile information and reviews. It's a partnership, not ownership. If a barber moves on, their profile goes with them.

What do I get as a barber?
You get your own SEO-optimized profile page on barber.shop — with your photo, portfolio, services, pricing, reviews, and a shareable booking link. It's your professional web presence, built to help clients find you through search engines.
Do I get my own booking link?
Yes. Every barber gets a shareable link like barber.shop/your-name. Send it to clients via text, post it on Instagram, put it in your bio. Clients book directly into your schedule from that link.
How do I connect my profile to my shop's profile?
You'll fill out a 'link request' which goes to the owner to accept or reject. Once accepted, your profile is connected to the shop's page, and clients can book you through the shop or your personal link. Both the business and the barber have the option to 'unlink' at any time. At that point, the barber's profile will alter to reflect that they are not at a particular location, so there will be some blank spaces until the barber links to a new shop.
What happens if my shop doesn't set up a profile?
You'll have some limited functionality, but you'll be able to add the shop address and list out the services you offer there. If they do decide to set one up, you'll be able to link to it and unlock more features for integrated booking.
What happens to my profile if I move shops?
Everything stays with you. Your profile page, booking link, client book, reviews, and notes are yours — not the shop's. Unlink from one shop, link to another, and your clients won't miss a beat. Your booking link doesn't change.
I am an independent barber who works in a building with other barbers and personal care professionals, but I have my own space. What do I sign up for?
You have two choices - sign up as a business and set up your own profile, or sign up as an independent barber and have just the one profile to manage. Both options let you set up a merchant account. The business option gives you two public pages on the web, but also the responsibility of managing both. So it's up to you.
Can I be linked to multiple shops?
Your profile links to the location where you work. If you move to a different location or shop, you update your link. Your profile, clients, and reviews always follow you.
Can I set my own schedule?
This is mostly dependent on the business, which retains an option to enable or disable that. If you are an independent barber, however, you have ultimate flexibility.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You define your services, durations, and prices. These are shown to clients when they book through your profile or the shop's page.
How do clients find me?
Through your shareable booking link, through the shop's profile page on barber.shop, or through search engines. Your profile page is SEO-optimized, so clients searching for barbers in your area can discover you organically.
Can I see notes from previous visits?
Yes. You can add notes to each client — cut preferences, products used, conversation topics — and see them before your next appointment with that client. Your notes are part of your client book, not the shop's.
For Customers
Booking
Is booking on barber.shop free?
Yes. There's no booking fee, no app to download, and no account required to book.
What do I need to do in order to use the website?
You're not going to be able to book an appointment without creating an account. From there, you can fill out some information about how you like your hair cut, and provide a couple of pictures. These pictures will go in your appointment so the barber knows what you look like and how you'd like to look when they're done.
Can I pick a specific barber?
Yes. Each barber at a shop has their own profile. You can see their work, reviews, and availability, then book directly with them.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule online through your booking confirmation. The shop's cancellation policy is shown when you book.
Will I get a reminder?
Yes. You'll receive an automatic reminder before your appointment so you don't forget.
Payments
Can I pay online?
Some shops allow pre-payment or card-on-file when you book. Others take payment at the chair. The shop's preference is shown during booking.

Do I need to download an app?
No. barber.shop works in your phone's browser. Just visit the site, find a shop, and book.
How do I find a barber shop?
Visit barber.shop and browse shops in your area. You can see their services, prices, reviews, and available times before you book.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. Only customers who have had a confirmed appointment can leave a review. Every review is from a verified visit.
